    Christmas holidays are associated with the consumption of pork meat after Lent. Traditional for Bulgaria is the consumption of pork with cabbage but in the Wallachian side are prepared and several varieties of this dish.
Take fresh meat, which is boiled in advance. Finely chopped cabbage is fried in lard with part of the swine broth. When finished, rice is added, as well as the cooked meat and the remainder of the broth. Bake in the oven until ready rice.
