    Favorite dish of soldiers for a long. Life-savior during the years of starvation.
 
1 kg of beans, 1 small garlic, 200 gr of onion, 2 carrots, one parsley root, several parsley leaves, 30 gr of tomato concentrate, 1 kg of fresh beef, 150 gr of pork fat, 10 gr of “C” spice, a bay leaf, pepper, one teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons of flour.  Put the beans in cold water for 1 to 3 hours. Pour out the water, add fresh cold water and cook for 10-15 minutes until it boils. Heat the fat and fry ½ of finely cut onion and carrots and add meat without bones, chopped into cubes. Simmer until all liquid evaporates. Remove from the stove. Strain the boiled beans, add the remaining cut onion, simmered meat with other ingredients, pour warm water or the bone soup and cook until all ingredients are soft. Add more warm water during cooking if needed. Heat the remaining fat and add flour to brown, remove from heat, add cayenne pepper and finely chopped garlic, stir it well and add it to the beans. When the beans is ready, add “C” spice, tomato concentrate (previously mixed with warm water), salt and fry another 20 minutes. Add ground pepper and finely cut parsley.
