    The name itself says who introduced this dish into the Serbian cuisine. It is made of the available types of meat, with or without vegetables.
Chop to pieces 50 gr of pork, 50 gr of lamb and 50 gr o veal, put some salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, mix well and leave in a bowl for at least one hour. Use either wooden or metal skewers to put the meat chops and vegetables (alternatively) and barbecue them. When half-grilled, sprinkle with corn flour. Repeat this until it becomes crusty
